PAYMENT

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payment. 

The shipping address must be the same as the billing address for the card to be accepeted for payment.  Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

We reserve the right to decline orders from outside of the continental United States.

SHIPPING

W e offer UPS Ground Shipping or US Postal Service..  If you would prefer another method of shipping, please contact us. All shipping is $5.00 regardless of weight or destination.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We will notify you of any ordered item that is not in stock.  You will have the options to have your order:

1) shipped without the out of stock item, the out of stock item to be shipped separately when it arrives

2) the complete order shipped when the out of stock item comes in

3) cancel the out of stock item

4) cancel the order

RETURN POLICY

Our goal is for you to be a continuing customer of vivaRita, so if you are dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days for a Return Authorization Number.  Please tell us why you are dissatisfied and we will replace the item or credit your vivaRita store account, or credit card, for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges. 

All returned items should be in resaleable condition.
